Shipping and Delivery

Orders are Delivered within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We currently ship across India, covering major cities, towns, and rural areas.
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after dispatch. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.
If a package is marked as delivered but the customer has not received it, they should contact us within 48 hours to investigate the issue with the courier service.
In case an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
