Cancellation & Refund
- We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- No return & refunds will be provided; only replacements will be issued.
- To request a replacement, customers must email us within 7 days of delivery, providing order details, proof of damage (photos/videos), and a description of the issue.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoice copies.
- If the replacement request is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product, and a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the requested replacement is out of stock, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value or wait for restocking.
- Nature Clean reserves the right to assess and approve replacement requests based on the condition of the returned product.
